OUR MISSION
GLID Care Foundation exists to bring love, compassion, and hope to those living in conditions of rejection, poverty, illness, and social exclusion. We are committed to uplifting vulnerable communities—especially persons affected by leprosy, women, children, widows, the elderly, and tribal populations—through care, education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Through our work, we strive to restore dignity, build confidence, and create meaningful pathways for individuals and families to lead better, more secure lives. Every initiative we undertake is driven by the belief that no one should be left behind.

About the Founder
A. Beaula Jeba Rani, (Founder, President & Managing Director) of GLID Care Foundation is a compassionate humanitarian dedicated to uplifting vulnerable communities. With a deep commitment to social justice, she works to support persons affected by leprosy, empower women, and ensure education and healthcare for children.
Her mission extends to caring for widows, transgender individuals, the elderly, and underserved tribal communities. She believes every individual deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope. Through her leadership, GLID promotes sustainable livelihoods and holistic development, transforming lives with compassion and purpose.
She actively encourages community participation, awareness programs, and skill development initiatives that help individuals become self-reliant and confident. Her vision is to build an inclusive and caring society where every marginalized person can live with respect, security, and equal opportunities.

We support individuals and families affected by leprosy by providing nutritious food, healthcare awareness, and compassionate community care. Our efforts focus on improving health, reducing stigma, and restoring dignity.
We provide elderly individuals with nutritious meals, clothing, and emotional companionship, ensuring they live with dignity, care, and a sense of belonging.
We support transgender individuals through inclusive programs focused on skill development, livelihood opportunities, and social empowerment helping them achieve independence, dignity, and acceptance.
